Member’s Evening – Friday 29th October 2021.

Last night we held our first ‘hybrid’ meeting, with some members meeting in the hall, and others joining via Zoom. During the first half of the meeting several hiccups were encountered, but these were ironed out and the second half ran smoothly, so fingers crossed for a successful hybrid competition evening next week. Thanks to every one for their patience!

Last night plans for our presentation to Whickham Camera Club were put together, followed by a viewing of the NCPF winning images, including some from our own members.

Next week judge Kevin Hilton from Hexham will be joining us to judge our 2nd Open Competition, and a reminder that images for the 3rd Open Competition should be submitted to the Internal Competition secretary by that date.

A reminder for members exhibiting images at the Beacon there is an invitation to view the area where the exhibition will take place at the Beacon on 4 November at 11am

The Western Area Battle takes place on the 6 November and Brian Coley will send out invites for the meeting this week.
