4th Open Competition – Creative – Judge Gerald Chamberlain – Friday 8th January 2021.

The first meeting back into the new year saw our final open competition of the season with the theme ‘Creative’.

This theme gave us some very imaginative and interesting images to view, and our judge a difficult evening. However, Gerald was equal to the task, as usual, and provided many positive comments about our work, and some constructive criticism and advice to improve. Our thanks to Gerald for judging, also congratulations to all the winners.

Next week Colin Harrison will be joining us via zoom to present ‘Creative Flower Photography’, and the following week, the 22nd January, Kieran Metcalf will be giving a talk ‘Composition in Landscape Photography’.

A reminder that all entries for the Landscape competition should be with Jane by Monday, and all PAGB entries should be with Brian by Friday 15th January.
